At Redneck Files, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right. Below is our return and refund policy to help guide you through the process.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.
Unworn and unwashed clothing (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
Unused gift items in original condition
Items received damaged or defective
Custom or personalized items
Digital products or downloads
Clearance or final sale items
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a shipping error on our end.
For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of sending the new item back out to you.

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
